Hi! I can't open a website in our organization. The guy created our website told me that the site is up and running. I thought it was down for a while. I then called my colleagues and told him about it and they said that the website was fine and they could access it at there home and office.

Considering that you can view or browse other websites except for the particular one, I think its maybe the issue of your DNS. Try using the following Open DNS
